Bell Tracy spends lots of time finding ways to build robust systems. Even the best test suites and rigorous attention to detail can miss some things. We use the JIRA defect tracking system to keep track of all of the defects, enhancement requests, and other issues that can come up.

If you are an existing customer, the JIRA system will be an excellent place to log your enhancement requests so can plan for future releases and upgrades.
